How do I display messages older than a year in Outlook 2013?
If you’ve installed Outlook 2013 and find that your messages from more than a year ago are not displayed, here’s your solution.
When you connect Outlook 2013 to an Exchange email account, by default, it will only display messages less than one year old.
If you would prefer to have your entire mailbox available, here’s your solution.
Click File, then Account Settings, and Account Settings again. The E-mail tab will open by default. Click “Change…”
This is where you find the setting for how much data is available offline. By default, it’s one year. You can change that here.
