Key Responsibilities for WCTC Internship:

  • Provide comprehensive computer support, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients’ systems.
  • Engage in proactive computer networking tasks to facilitate robust and secure connections.
  • Assist in the implementation and management of regular data backups, safeguarding vital business information.
  • Contribute to computer security measures, protecting our clients from cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with our experienced technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with Windows PC support and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
  • Basic networking skills to support interconnected business systems.
  • Server support experience would be advantageous, allowing for advanced technical contributions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, enhancing our ability to deliver modern and efficient solutions.
  • A proactive learner, open to expanding your technical skills under the guidance of our seasoned professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate solutions and foster client relations.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an IT-related program at WCTC or another reputable institution.
