Free LogMeIn was good while it lasted.
On January 28th, free LogMeIn product will no longer exist. The free product would allow up to 10 computers per account. Now, to access 10 computers, you must buy “Pro”, at $229/year.
Alternatively, you could purchase a LogMeIn Central subscription for $299/year. At the moment, LogMeIn Central still allows you to install Free hosts or Pro hosts. A Pro host would add to the $299/year, while a free host would not.
Free LogMeIn gave a one week notice that the free logmein service would be terminated – not much time to get another solution deployed.
