About Us
Great Lakes Tech Services, LLC provides IT services to small and mid-size companies in Southeastern Wisconsin. We serve primarily Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Jefferson counties. We started this business because we saw an opportunity. That opportunity is offering competent, experienced, and trustworthy service at a reasonable cost. Simply treat people the way you would like to be treated. That sounds really simple, and you would think that it’s easy to find, but it’s not. You can find low-cost help, but they may not have the skills to support a more complex network. The large IT firms have the expertise, but their smaller clients tend to get lost in the shuffle. We make our expertise available to smaller companies and give them the attention they deserve. If you are considering a full-time network administrator, chances are we can do the job for far less. In one case, we replaced a company's full-time employee, gradually working them down to just one 4-hour visit per week. That's a dramatic savings. We can provide whatever level of service you require - from a single visit, to a fully-managed computer network. Give us a call - we'll discuss your need and goals, and how we can achieve those goals. An introductory meeting is always no-charge.
